This quick and easy meal is made with just a few pantry staples that you probably already have at home! It's not only crazy delicious but super fast to make in under 10 minutes in just one pan with cheap ingredients. Could it possibly get any easier? This simple dinner is perfect for busy weeknights when you don't have the time or energy to grocery shop.
Cook and drain the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic and red pepper flakes for about one minute. Once the garlic starts to brown, stir in the soy sauce and brown sugar.
Dump the cooked and drained ramen noodles into your pan and toss with the sauce until well coated.
Push the noodles to one side of the pan and turn the heat up to high. Crack an egg directly into the pan and scramble until set.
Turn the heat off and toss the scrambled egg mixture in with the sauce coated ramen noddles. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and enjoy!
Notes
The seasoning pack that comes with the ramen can be tossed or saved to season something later.
This easy meal makes the perfect serving for one but it can always be doubled or tripled for the family.
To make the meal go even further try adding an extra egg and maybe some air fried veggies such as broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc. You could also throw in some added protein such as leftover chicken or shrimp.
To make this meal kid friendly, simply leave out the crushed red pepper and sprinkle it on each serving as desired.
