Ingredients
5-6cupsRuffles Potato Chips
5cupsmini marshmallows
4 tbspbutter
Instructions
Lightly crush the potato chips into small bite sized pieces and pour them into a large bowl.
In a sauce pan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is fully melted, add 5 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are completely melted (about 5 minutes).
Pour the melted marshmallows on top of the potato chips and gently stir to combine. Make sure all the chips are evenly coated with marshmallows.
Press into a 8x8 inch pan and allow to cool on the counter for at least 10 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
You can optionally add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the marshmallow mixture for added flavor.
How about some mix-ins! Try tossing in M&Ms, sprinkles, chocolate chips, nuts, or chopped pretzels.
If you're a peanut butter lover like me, you can optionally mix 1/4 cup of peanut butter into the hot marshmallow mixture before tossing with the chips.
