How to make pizza in the form of a buttery baked burrito in your oven or air fryer! This quick and easy dinner recipe is fun to make, kid friendly, and CRAZY GOOD. Add this amazing comfort food to your dinner menu for busy weeknight meals.
Load each tortilla up with sauce, cheese, and any of your favorite toppings. Just be sure not to overstuff them and leave some empty space all around the edge of the tortilla so that you can easily fold them up.
Fold your pizza stuffed tortillas just like a burrito by first folding in the corners and then rolling them up tightly. Place them with the SEAM SIDES DOWN on a baking sheet (or in your air fryer).
Mix ⅓ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt with melted butter and generously brush each burrito with the mixture.
Top each butter coated burrito with shredded parmesan.
Bake in your preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. If you’re only making a few, you can also cook them in your air fryer at 375° F for 7+ minutes (keep an eye on them).
Allow them to cool for about 5 minutes and then enjoy alone or with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
