If your kids have a major sweet tooth but you're trying to keep them away from sugary junk food, try making these healthy frozen applesauce treats! This easy no-bake summer snack turns applesauce into finger food with just 5 minutes to prepare. They are yummy for kids of all ages including babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Start by lining a baking sheet that will fit in your freezer with parchment paper.
Squeeze small dollops of applesauce onto the paper. I used the squeeze packs but you can also place applesauce into a plastic sandwich bag and cut a small hole in one corner to create a piping bag.
Place the sheet pan in your freezer for at least two hours, or overnight.
Once frozen, you can remove the bites from the baking sheet and transfer them to a freezer-safe container or bag.
