The Betty Crocker packages have a little less dry mix in their packages than the other brands, so I've found that slightly less than 2/3 cup of milk works best for this brand.
The smaller the pancakes, the easier they are to flip. If you measure each one out to 2 tbsp, you should get about 10 small pancakes.
You can also add a little vanilla extract or even some additional mix-ins to your batter such as chocolate chips, walnuts, fruit, flax meal, etc.
