Ingredients
1box yellow cake mix
2eggs
⅓cupvegetable oil
1⅓cupswater
2cupsquick oats
2tspsground cinnamon
1cupraisins
½cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F and grease or line a muffin pan with baking cups.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, oil and water together. Beat in the cake mix, oats, and cinnamon until thouroughly combined; fold in the raisins and walnuts.
Evenly scoop the batter into your prepared muffin pan until the cups are about ¾ full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy immediately or store in a container on the counter for up to 3 days.
