Ingredients
1bagmicrowave popcorn of choice
⅓cupmelted butter
2tbsppickle juice
1tbspdried dill weed
1tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
Instructions
Microwave the popcorn according to the instructions on the box. Once fully popped, pour popcorn into a large bowl.
Combine dried dill weed, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl or dish and stir until mixed well.
In a separate bowl, melt ⅓ cup of butter for 20-40 seconds in the microwave. Pour pickle juice into melted butter and stir to combine.
Drizzle melted butter mixture over the popcorn and stir to cover all the kernels completely. Then sprinkle the dill spice mixture over the popcorn and toss well.
Notes
This popcorn is best served immediately while it's warm and buttery, but you can store any leftovers in an air tight container for up to a week to enjoy again later.
