I knew I had to recreate this amazing sweet treat ASAP. And let me tell you, these Ruffles Marshmallow Treats are SO. DARN. GOOD. An ooey gooey combination of buttery melted marshmallows and salty, crunchy potato chips that makes for a creative and fun treat that will impress your friends and family.
Ingredients
- 5-6 cups of ruffles potato chips (slightly crushed)
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons butter
How To Make Ruffles Marshmallow Treats
Step 1Lightly crush the Ruffles potato chips into small bite-size pieces and pour them into a large bowl.
Step 2In a sauce pan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is fully melted add 5 cups of mini marshmallows. Continue to stir until the marshmallows are completely melted (about 5 minutes).
Step 3Pour the melted marshmallow mixture on top of the potato chips and gently stir to combine. Make sure all of the potato chips are coated in the buttery marshmallows.
Step 4Press the mixture into an 8×8 dish and allow it to cool on the counter for at least 10 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!
