A fun and easy way of making cheesy pizza stuffed into flour tortillas, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle.
An easy and delicious family dinner idea ready in less than 20 minutes!
This recipe is so simple and versatile. You’re basically taking the basic pizza ingredients including pizza sauce and shredded cheese, and then adding all of your favorite pizza toppings such as pepperoni, olives, basil, bell pepper, sausage, mushrooms, spinach, and so on. BUT, instead of topping a pizza crust, simply stuff everything into flour tortillas, coat with garlic butter, and bake to make a unique dinner your picky eaters will basically inhale.
Make these pizza burritos in your oven or air fryer for a quick meal in any portion.

You can make as little or as many of these pizza burritos as you’d like depending on the size of your family. The following ingredients are just a general reference based on the butter mixture needed.

- 1+ cups shredded mozzarella
- pepperoni or pizza toppings of choice
- 3 tbsps melted butter
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder

- pinch of salt
- shredded parmesan for topping
How To Make Baked Pizza Burritos
Yummy pizza ingredients stuffed into flour tortillas, rolled into a burrito, brushed with loads of garlic butter, topped with parmesan, and then baked or air fried to make a fun and creative dinner for your family.
Step 1Load each tortilla up with sauce, cheese, and any of your favorite toppings. The beauty of this recipe is that there are no exact measurements. Just be sure not to overstuff them and leave some empty space all around the edge of the tortilla so that you can easily fold them up.
Step 2Fold your pizza stuffed tortillas just like a burrito by first folding in the corners and then rolling them up tightly. Place them with the SEAM SIDES DOWN on a baking sheet (or in your air fryer).
Step 3Microwave the butter for about 30 seconds or until melted. Mix in 1/3 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Generously brush each pizza burrito with the butter mixture.
Step 4Top each butter coated burrito with shredded parmesan. This step is totally optional but the cheese on top gets super crispy and irresistible!
Step 5Bake in a 375° F oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. If you’re only making a few, you can also cook them in your air fryer at 375° F for 7+ minutes (keep an eye on them).
Step 6Allow these yummy pizza stuffed burritos to cool for about 5 minutes. They’re kind of like a Hot Pocket– so much better if you have the patience to wait before digging in! Serve alone or with extra pizza sauce for dipping. My kids also LOVE ranch dressing. I can never keep enough of it on hand. It’s like its own food group in my house.
These pizza burritos turned out so much better than we imagined! They’re crispy, buttery, gooey, and loaded with flavor. Everything you’d ever want in a delicious meal. We stuffed ours with pepperoni, olives, and basil, but just about anything goes. You can make each one a little different based on your family’s preferences.
