This sweet fall breakfast is perfect for Thanksgiving morning or anytime during the holidays when you’re craving pumpkin spice. Your entire family will love them! We like to serve these flavorful waffles with butter, syrup, and toasted walnuts or pecans for added crunch. Whipped cream isn’t a bad idea, either.
How To Make Easy Pumpkin Waffles With Bisquick
Well, it’s pretty darn easy. I’ll bet you don’t even need instructions for these easy pumpkin waffles. Simply mix everything together and then pour the batter onto a greased preheated waffle iron.
The batter is pretty thick and sticky, so i just pour the batter into the center of the iron and then use a spoon to spread it out before closing the lid. Depending on your waffle iron, you should get either 3 very large Belgian-style waffles or 6-8 smaller ones. I would say enough to feed at least 6 people.
Tip: Heat a large skillet to medium and toast chopped pecans or walnuts with butter for 3-5 minutes stirring and tossing them constantly. This makes them super crunchy and delish!
